- GENERAL INFORMATION
These Terms and Conditions govern the commercial relationship between AGV COMPACT CONSULTING SRL, the operator of the ACEBER brand, and customers who purchase products through the website aceber.eu.
By placing an order on aceber.eu, the customer confirms that they have read, understood and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions. Please read this document carefully before placing an order.

- PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY
ACEBER sells sunglasses and premium accessories through the website www.aceber.eu. All products displayed on the site are available while stocks last.
We reserve the right to modify the product range, prices and technical specifications without prior notice. The price displayed at the time the order is placed is the final price applicable to that order.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Colors may vary slightly from reality depending on the settings of the monitor or device used. This does not constitute grounds for an unjustified return.
- PRICES AND VAT
All prices displayed on www.aceber.eu are expressed in Euros or Lei and include VAT where applicable in accordance with current Romanian legislation.
For deliveries outside Romania, within the EU, the displayed price is final. No additional customs duties apply to orders within the European Union.
ACEBER reserves the right to correct any pricing errors that may appear on the site. If an order has been placed at an incorrect price, the customer will be contacted and may choose to confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it with a full refund.
- PLACING AN ORDER
An order is considered placed when the customer completes the checkout process and receives order confirmation by email. Email confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order but merely its registration.
The sales contract is considered concluded when the order is confirmed and shipped by ACEBER.
We reserve the right to cancel an order in the following situations:
- The product is no longer in stock at the time of processing.
- The delivery information provided is incomplete or incorrect.
- Payment could not be processed or confirmed.
- Suspected fraud or misuse of the platform.
- Technical or pricing error on the site.
In case of order cancellation, the customer will be notified by email and will receive a full refund of the amount paid within a maximum of 14 days.
- PAYMENT METHODS
ACEBER accepts the following payment methods:
Online bank card — Visa, Mastercard, through a secure payment processor. Payment is made at the time the order is placed. Card data is processed exclusively by the payment processor and is not stored by ACEBER.
All online transactions are secured via SSL protocol. ACEBER does not have access to the customer's complete bank card data.
- DELIVERY
ACEBER delivers products to Romania and to member states of the European Union. Delivery times and costs are detailed in the Delivery Policy available on the site.
The estimated delivery time begins from the moment payment is confirmed or the cash-on-delivery order is placed. ACEBER is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or by exceptional circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, strikes or other events beyond our control.
Risk in the product transfers to the customer at the moment the parcel is handed over to the courier.
- RETURNS AND REFUNDS
The complete return policy is available on the site's dedicated page. The customer has the legal right to return the product within 14 calendar days of receipt, in accordance with Emergency Ordinance 34/2014 and EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn, with all accessories and packaging intact. ACEBER reserves the right to refuse returns of products that do not meet the conditions stipulated in the Return Policy.
- WARRANTY
All ACEBER products benefit from a 2-year legal conformity warranty from the date of purchase, in accordance with current European legislation. During the warranty period, manufacturing defects will be remedied through product replacement or refund of the amount paid.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, accident, unauthorized modifications or normal wear and tear resulting from use.
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The ACEBER trademark, logo and all associated visual materials are the property of AGV COMPACT CONSULTING SRL and are protected through registration with OSIM Romania and EUIPO — the European Union Intellectual Property Office.
The reproduction, distribution, modification or commercial use of the ACEBER name, logo or any materials from the site without the prior written consent of AGV COMPACT CONSULTING SRL is strictly prohibited. Violation of these rights will be followed by legal action.
Warning: Any unauthorized use of the ACEBER trademark for commercial purposes constitutes a violation of intellectual property rights and will be sanctioned in accordance with applicable legislation.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
ACEBER is not responsible for indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the purchased products, to the extent permitted by applicable legislation.
ACEBER's total liability to a customer cannot exceed the value of the products purchased by that customer.
- APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Romanian legislation. In the event of disputes, the parties will first attempt an amicable resolution. If an amicable resolution is not possible, disputes will be settled by the competent courts of Romania.
EU customers have the right to access the European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform available at: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
- CHANGES TO THE TERMS
AGV COMPACT CONSULTING SRL reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The updated version will be published on this page with the date of the last modification. Continued use of the site after the publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
