RETURN POLICY

LEGAL RIGHT OF RETURN

In accordance with Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 on consumer rights and European Directive 2011/83/EU, every customer has the right to return a product purchased online within 14 calendar days from the date of physical receipt of the parcel, without the need to justify the reason.

At ACEBER we fully comply with this legislation and we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase.

Return period: 14 calendar days from receipt of the parcel.
Refund: Within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the returned product.
Return cost: Borne by the customer, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

MANDATORY CONDITIONS FOR RETURN ACCEPTANCE

For the return to be accepted and fully refunded, the product must meet all the conditions below without exception. Failure to meet any of these conditions results in automatic rejection of the return request.

  • The product is returned within a maximum of 14 calendar days from receipt.
  • The sunglasses have not been worn — no signs of use, fingerprints on lenses or frames.
  • The lenses are free of scratches, stains or damage of any kind.
  • The frame is intact — no signs of wear, deformation, breakage or damage.
  • The original ACEBER label is intact and attached to the product.
  • The product is returned in its original packaging — hard case, cleaning cloth and shipping box.
  • The original packaging shows no damage, signs of wear or alterations.
  • All accessories included in the package are returned in full.
  • The product is properly packaged for return transport.

PRODUCTS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED

The following product categories are excluded from the right of return in accordance with European legislation and ACEBER's conditions:

  • Products personalized with engraving, text or customer-specific elements.
  • Products from numbered limited editions.
  • Products showing signs of use, wear or damage.
  • Products with a missing, damaged or removed label.
  • Products returned without the complete original packaging.
  • Products returned after the 14-day period has expired.
  • Products damaged through the customer's fault during the period of possession.

Important: ACEBER reserves the right to refuse the return and send the product back to the customer at their expense if the product does not meet the conditions above. Product inspection is carried out within a maximum of 48 hours from receipt of the return.

DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECTLY DELIVERED PRODUCTS

If you received a product with a manufacturing defect or a product different from the one ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel at comenzi@aceber.eu with photos of the product and packaging.

In this situation, ACEBER fully covers the cost of the return and reshipment of the correct product, or issues a full refund of the amount paid, including the original delivery costs.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

All ACEBER products benefit from a 2-year legal conformity warranty from the date of purchase, in accordance with European legislation. The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects that appear under normal conditions of use.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, accidents, unauthorized modifications or normal wear and tear.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

Step 1 — Send an email to comenzi@aceber.eu with the subject "Order Return #[order number]" within 14 days of receiving the parcel. Include the reason for the return and clear photos of the product.

Step 2 — Wait for confirmation from the ACEBER team within a maximum of 24 business hours. You will receive return instructions and the shipping address.

Step 3 — Carefully pack the product in its original packaging, include all accessories and send the parcel to the address provided. Keep proof of shipment.

Step 4 — After receiving and inspecting the product — within a maximum of 48 hours — you will be notified whether the return has been accepted or rejected.

Step 5 — If the return is accepted, the refund is issued within a maximum of 14 days via the same payment method used for the order.
